What role will you play - Vice President | Payroll
What will your job attributes include?
- Responsible for end to end payroll delivery with in-house payroll systems and vendor outsourced payrolls
- YE activities & forms planning, execution & delivery for markets.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and remittance.
- Responsible for redundancy projects and payroll process management for business divestments.
- Driving robotics projects for moving from transaction to enhancement with 10% YoY cost efficiency and employee experience
- Manage risks for the implementation of changes to employees compensations
- Regulatory compliance and reporting
- Handling Reimbursements, Full & Final Settlement, Salary slips, TDS
- Client Management for Payroll Vertical
- Zero error on scorecard for all the months
- Responsible for monthly SLA
- Managing the collections to reduce outstanding and DSO
- Development of Capability (coaching / feedback sharing - once a month)
- Process Efficiency & Management (Productivity Monitoring)
- Process Quality & Compliance
- Managing Gross Margins
What skills will help you succeed in this role?
- 12+ years of experience in payroll.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills
