To lead and direct an experienced team of FTE handling service delivery of Remittance processing and Investigation of Inward remittances, outward Remittances, correspondent bank funding Operations and Payments. The key responsibilities and results include:
Service delivery of remittances processing completion within agreed SLA cut off- with requisite business groups
Service delivery of remittances investigations by ensuring that we meet SLA TAT with requisite customer service.
- Interact with all major business functions for optimum customer service.
Monitor performance of employees and unionized staff in the given unit
Ensure an effective Business Continuity plan is in place for the unit.
Ensure day to day processes are run as per defined procedure notes and policies.
Guide the team to excel in all performance parameters which include cost management, key process performance indicators (TAT, accuracy etc.), customer satisfaction levels etc.
Sourcing pointers:
Experience in Cross-border remittances
Well-versed in FEMA
Exposure interacting with Regulator (preferable)
Strong eye for detail
Experience in managing large Ops team
The incumbent will head Cross-Border Rems
The incumbent will manage the relationships with Customer Groups - manager pull & push
Can look at guys from Trade Units
Check out both Cross-border shop and Trade shop
Look for guys with core exp managing outward Rems
