VP - Partnership and Alliances - Cloud


Responsibilities :


- Identifying potential partners and establishing strategic alliances with companies and organizations that use or partner with AWS.

- Negotiating and structuring partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

- Managing ongoing relationships with key technology companies and organizations.

- Identifying new business opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies for AWS-based solutions.

- Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing and product development to ensure successful execution of partnerships and alliances.

- Keeping abreast of industry trends and new technologies related to AWS to ensure the company stays competitive in the cloud computing space.

- Representing the company at industry events and conferences related to AWS and building relationships with key stakeholders.

- Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to create joint solutions and go-to-market strategies for AWS-based offerings.

- Developing and implementing performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships and alliances.

- Communicating with senior management to provide updates on partnership and alliance activities related to AWS.

Candidate Requirements :

- The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in the technology industry, with a strong understanding of the cloud computing industry, particularly AWS.


- They should have a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships and strategic alliances, as well as experience working with AWS-based solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role with following

- 15+ years of experience in the IT Services Market with in depth understanding of Cloud Ecosystem.

- 5+ years of experience in hyper cloud sales (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Demonstrable CXO and decision maker relationships with customers

- Knowledge on Cloud Technologies AWS/Azure/Google cloud, Devops, Data Center Management, Application infrastructure, Database, AI/ML & cloud Infrastructure Security.

- Understands Managed Services Levers including Transition & Transformation journey - Devops/Agile/AWS Cloud Management tools

- Cultural sensitivity to embrace strengths and delicately pursue evolution for organization growth.
