Identification of clients requiring liabilities management advisory and Financial Restructuring, Structured Solutions, Loan Refinancing, Corporate Structuring and Divestment Advisory

Meeting promoters and top management of identified targets, understand their business strategy and financial solution requirements while sharing firm's credentials and thus zeroing in on executable financial solutions

Mandate conversion and handover to the respective product execution team

Relationship management with existing and prospective clients
