We are hiring for VP in Oracle ERP implementation for different modules and roles & Responsibilities includes related to Digitization,transformation and operations for the business.
JOB PURPOSE :
- As part of Global IT leadership team, responsible to lead Digitization, transformation and operations across Finance, Supply Chain and HR. Critical internal functions like Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Audit, Legal and Treasury are also supported apart from supporting certain group companies for IT projects.
- Also envision a transformation road map for all internal application and strategize central operation run through global shared service from India. This role involves engagement with management board members in India and Africa for driving series of central initiatives and cost targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative technology solution and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries.
- Provide stretgic and tactical solution for various internal functions by engaging with the AMB members and their direct reports.
- Drive transformation project for Finance & SCM shared service across India and Africa eliminating manual work and streamline all vertical operations.
- Provide support to finance for statutory and Internal audit. Responsible for the closing the audit both ITGC and Statuatory from systems perspective
- Responsible for driving Revenue assurance and fraud management implementation.
- Responsible for driving Major compliance project like GST, ICFR, Consolidation with various accounting standards.
- Responsible for all area of HR covering Oracle HRMS, HCM, HR Analytics, Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Shared service, digital engagement for employee with various channels like mobile apps, Travel and performance management.
- Enable Finance and SCM engagement and automation for Oracle ERP modules, FileNet, Revenue reporting, P2P, Material management, Tax, Consolidation of books, Management reporting through cognos and Qlik. Daily reporting of CWN, GST and various compliances. Tranformation projects like Zebra for finance shared service.
- Responsible for project governance and vendor management for Internal systems.
- Work closely with Africa IT team and CIO for project deliveries across Finance, SCM and HR.
- Major activities in Operations include Month end closure, Annual closure, revenue recognition and annual reporting
- Responsible to create and maintain company Intranet portal and social networking solution within the organization.
- Implement and drive GRC and series of workflow across India and Africa.
- Implement Sungard Reconciliation solution and OBIEE for Finance shared service as part of transformation.
- Collabrating with other IT functions and support in the automation related to ALM, Symphony, Butterfly initiatives
- Work closely with 15+ key stakeholders across India and Africa for driving transformation projects.
- Provide support for implementation for group companies like Infratel, Pizza express, Bharti Realty, Centrum
