- As part of the Senior Management team you lead a team of operational leaders.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

- PG / Graduate with 18+yrs of experience . Should have managed Large Travel Processes in an International BPO

- Managed P&L & Large Teams

- Six Sigma Black belt would be an added advantage
