Operations Risk Management -(RCSA)- Non Financial Risk- VP


- Non-Financial risk, RCSA, Third party risk, Business continuity risk etc

- We need to identify only candidates that are currently performing a VP role

- Overall experience 12-15 years, with 8+ years of relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Superior negotiation skills

- Team management experience (managing approx. 10 associates)

- Incumbent with 1-2 month notice period will be preferred

- Shift things 12 pm - 9 pm / 11 am - 8 pm. (need incumbent to be flexible to stretch occasionally if required)

Location: Mumbai

Key Duties & Responsibilities: List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable):

- Manages implementation of best practices for the organization to control various non-financial risks including business continuity, supplier risk, technology risk amongst others.

- Enforces a risk management framework and ensures its application across the organization.

- Oversees the adoption of organization-wide risk management program by integrating considerations or risk into strategic decision-making.

- Monitors risk areas for the organization and identifies, evaluates, and quantifies risks for their potential impact.

- Serves as an advisor to multiple teams about risk management policies and procedures, limits and guidelines.

- Recommends technology-based tools and product enhancement to perform statistical data analysis more efficiently and accurately.

- Provides strategic direction for the development and maintenance of risk identification processes and policies.

- Advises management on recommended revisions to current risk management framework to better manage and report risk and exposures.

- Works with functional leadership teams to ensure that the transition to new risk management programs and implemented solutions is smooth and effective.

- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.

- Maintain stakeholder relationships with the Enterprise to understand international regulatory requirements, collaboration on training requirements and ensuring its assignment & regulator monitoring

- Demonstrated people leadership and management expertise to team. Also, helps coach, review and delegate work to lower level team members.

- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
