Division Overview:
The Division is responsible for the management and processing of OTC derivatives confirmations transactions on a daily basis. This role supports Trade Affirmations, Drafting, Chasing and matching for the cross asset OTC derivatives products. In partnership with Trading, Middle Office, Regional Stake Holders, Information Technology and other teams from across the Bank, we apply a continual focus on improving productivity and efficiency, while seeking new and innovative ways to support our clients / desks changing needs.

Role & Responsibilities:
- The OTC Derivatives Confirmations group is responsible for the Affirmation, Drafting, Chasing, Indexing and Execution of Confirmations arising from the OTC trading of financial derivatives, in line with International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) regulations. The group aims to execute confirmations in line with the FED Targets, CFTC, EMIR, etc. to minimise firm operational risk for all open trades. Any trade booking errors are highlighted and rectified on priority. The group covers both Structured and Vanilla trading volumes across Equities, Fixed Income and Credit for Europe and Japan.
Scope of Role
- Directly responsible for managing the OTC Derivatives Confirmations team
- Efficiently manages assignments and prioritizes work load to ensure goals are met
- Collaborate across teams / functions / regions
