- Spearhead an Operation's team in identifying, managing, and guiding training Partners & other service providers to meet annual plan

- Establish and track KPIs for partners to monitor progress against deliverables.

- Involve in Financial Monitoring, Data management, and Digital support

- Manage Program Development & Scaling up, and Program Management to ensure better outcomes of desired impact
