Programme Management
- To determine the plan for deployment of Effective Operations Excellence in association with the Director Operations.
- To programme manage the implementation.
- To integrate, sequence and prioritise the deployment of the modules to fit business priorities.

- To manage the budget and deliver the implementation on budget.

- To lead and direct a virtual team across the country.
- To provide support and mentorship to the Country Leadership in delivering operational excellence.
