Responsibilities as below:
Job Description:
- Developing a deep understanding of the organizations business and providing leadership visions and ensure the quality of all deliverable is met.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, by partnering and influencing them on business and day to day operational issues and expectations.
- Contributing to plan and lead implementation of annual operating plans for relevant business unit.
- Enforcing that SLA's are met on time.
People Management
- Mentoring, Coaching team in meeting the organizations value and vision
Candidate Profile:
- 20 years of overall experience from a large service organizations (BFS)
- Good experience in leading large teams in the Defined Benefits / Defined Contribution/ Retirement Services/ 401 K / BPO Operations space.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership capabilities
