Responsibilities :
- Design Lean Operation Strategies for improving the Operational efficiencies of Deliveries.
- Would need to create scale for 5X to 10X Organic and inorganic growth in business operations.
- Geographical Expansion in new cities to increase market reach and serviceability will be a key driver for Scale.
- Accountability of Cost metrics, SLA's of Delivery metrics, Capacity utilizations and Market Serviceability Metrics.
- Build SLA prediction models which will reduce actual SLA
- Build 'super quick' delivery options and create alternate Delivery models to reduce Operational cost.
- Leading a large Operations teams in a distributed set-up, Coaches and support the operation teams to effectively manage Business as usual
- Brings in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness approach to Org.
- Should work cohesively with Technology and product teams to help technology enabled Operational excellence.
- Use analytical skills to identify continuous improvement opportunities provide solutions and implement changes quickly.
Requirement :
- Post Graduate from Premier college, Experience in Operations intensive industry is a must.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of leading a team is mandatory
- Professional work experience anywhere between 10 to 15 years.
