Vice President - Operations - HVAC

- operational Head of the Group Cos. He would be responsible for overall smooth functioning of all departments, viz. Production, Planning, Design, Maintenance, QC, Supply chain, Safety, HR & Admin.

- Spearheading the entire plant activities as per the goals of organization and ensuring the achievement of production targets with SQCD (safety, quality, delivery & cost)

- Leading capacity planning, productivity improvements & technical issue resolutions initiatives and diligently planning for materials and inventory management

- Establishing operational strategic target plan & vision for driving business growth to achieve targeted departmental goals & KPIs; maintaining effective cost controls, capital and assets

- Heading supply chain, purchase/ material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing negotiation, identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation

- Executing cost saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in terms of maintenance expenditures, man-days, purchase, raw materials & energy consumption

- Conducting process & quality audits and implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality & reduce the rejection rate; improving productivity; ensuring adherence to the quality standards and supervising implementation of various stages of workflow using quality tools
