Vice President - Operations - eCommerce

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to set up Systems to ensure on time and delivery.

- Focused at all times on service delivery to internal clients as well as external clients

- Constant involvement in developing various business strategies

- Handle large multiple diverse client teams ranging from any sector and fields

- Identify business processes and restructure and reorganize teams to achieve SLA goals

- Responsible for the P&L of the business that is being managed.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
