Operations teams:
- Developing a short-term and long-term strategy to optimize operations through an understanding of best practices and in line with each business unit goal.
- Lead/Chair monthly operations performance review and set monthly quarterly, and annual KPI objectives and performance standards.
- Ensure service delivery for profitable business growth.
- Be able to drive the culture of tech adoption for scale-up and efficiency.
- Build and drive a culture of operational excellence.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, develop effective plans, coordinate change management, and see projects through to conclusion
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to model, manage, and budget costs.
