Vice President - Operations - BPO

- Ensure that given client operations are run efficiently to ensure higher profitability.

- Deliver on client benefits through innovation and improvements

- Create plan to deliver efficiency

- Strengthen operational team as well as support functions to minimize leakages

- Build and operate a dedicated automation team

- Help appropriate and sufficient seeding in PI

- PI Strategy to be created in consultation with the client BO's and Six Sigma teams where available

- Prior experience of Insurance P&C / GI and London Market is preferred is required.

- Experience of handling large teams in an offshore Operations Management role.
