Vice President - Operational Risk Management - Consulting/BFS

We are looking for Vice President - ORM who comes from an Operational Risk background.

Working Hours - EMEA 2 PM Afternoon - 11 PM Evening ( Permanent Shift )

We are operating currently in the Hybrid model and very soon will be operating from the office so it's not a Work from home role.

Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Risk and Control analysis

- Assessing the environment, Identity Gaps, Implement the ORM framework.

- Work closely with the Transformation team to implement a controls-led transformation strategy for ORM.

- Design and implement controls that are designed effectively and operate efficiently

- Test and Monitor the Controls for Design and Operating Effectiveness.

- Build/ Establish Key Risk Indicator framework to ensure the appropriateness of Metrics and KPI

- Development and document Control & Operational Risk Evaluation mapping

- Monitor compliance of policies and procedures relative to operational and regulatory risk exposure

Candidate Profile :

- Desired Candidate must have 12+ years of total experience, out of which 10+ in ORM.

- Has end to end experience in risk management life cycle

- ORM Framework implementation experience

- Control Testing, 3 Lines of Defense Experience
