- The integrated academic system is designed by expert researchers working to make quality education affordable. The business has tasted success due to empowering teachers through a helper app that has detailed lesson plans, introducing children to learning by doing approach and delivering personalized learning experience to each student. Currently, our client has partnered with more than 700 schools in 14 states and is growing on a rapid scale.

- The founder duo is alumni of premier institutes like IIM-Ahmedabad and Narsee Monjee College. They worked for more than 10 years in the field of education before founding the startup.

- As VP Offline Marketing, you will be driving as the most trusted brand in the affordable education space and increase brand influence through BTL marketing activities.

- You will be ensuring increase in brand loyalty and awareness that leads to high market share and better sales performance

What you will do:

- Defining a clear offline marketing strategy and implementation plan to attain business objectives (Increasing market share & enhance sales performance) for each target audiences, market and channel Market wise / Target Audiences / Channel Category wise communication tool development for new launch and consistent performance of existing products

- Designing & implementing campaigns to enhance revenue performance by targeting lead generation and conversion through higher School signups

- Designing & organizing events to drive higher student admission for the partner schools

- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets

- Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign- s overall performance (ROI & business critical matrixes)

- Developing, supervising and improving procedures to link entire marketing activities with Expansion and Key Account team activities

- Working closely with Brand team to enhance processes linking corporate brand building activities as well as Product Development activities with New Initiatives team

- Generating insights through quantitative & qualitative research on customers

- Tracking competitors and monitor activities to evaluate brand performance and corrective action

Candidate Profile:





What you need to have:

- Managed Trade marketing or Marketing Campaigns / Events for a FMCG, FMCD or Telecom

- Should have led/managed teams

- MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 b-school

- Self-starter and proven track record of driving brief into successful execution

- Ability to deliver a good work under pressure

- Big picture thinker, yet think and care about details

- Agile and flexible to change execution plan last minute, when necessary

Experience: 7 to 10 years
