Required skills
- Over all 15+ Years of experience
- 12+ years of object-oriented programming
- 8+ years of ASP.NET programming
- 6+ years of designing front-end applications based on WPF and/or WinForms
- 6+ years managing teams of 15-20 engineers
- Experience creating and reviewing performance, career growth, talent and succession plans
- Ability to initiate new work in a timely fashion based on business requirements and a thorough knowledge of SDLC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Mentor junior team members
Domain skills (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in capital markets Domain
- 6+ years of experience in at least one asset class
- Should have worked on projects with regards to Market Risk.
Preferred skills
- 3+ years of Java programming
- 3+ years with Oracle Coherence, IBM Symphony
- 5+ years working with global teams
- Strong background in core concepts including design patterns, data structures and memory management
- Masters - degree in engineering or computer sciences
- Ability to strike balance between hands-on and leadership roles
