Job Title: Vice President-New Business Development ( SaaS Sales)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 16- 20 Years
Mode: WFO- 5 days
Budget - Upto 45 LPA Fixed
What we require:
- Candidates with Management degree from Top management institutes will be preferred.
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS or adtech industry.
- Extended network and prior experience in the Retail market is a plus.
- 16-20 years of hard-core enterprise sales with a minimum of 8+ years managing a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, guide, and motivate sales teams in selling techniques.
- Skilled at managing sales activities and analyzing metrics to deliver on sales plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the overall strategy and growth of Single-Interface for clients in your designated vertical.
- Leading a team of sales managers and executives.
- Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly revenue targets.
- Conducting recruitment, interviews, and hiring processes for prospective team members.
- Cultivating a high-performing team culture.

- Capability to connect effectively with CXOs across large organizations.
