Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions - Hospitality - CA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- As a Head of Merger and Acquisition you are a source of expertise for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, privatization, and valuations and has been advising the group on all aspects of strategic acquisition leading to internal merger activities

- Good understanding of the M&A Lifecycle and process (pre-deal, diligence, valuation and post-deal)

- Strong analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice

- Ability to work as part of a team and to show initiative to drive projects forward

- Strong knowledge in capital market products and bank offerings

- Strong knowledge and ability in debt and equity structuring (i.e. senior, sub, mezzanine, equity)

- Strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant or

- MBA (premier or leading Business Schools),

Work Experience:

- Minimum 10 years post CA qualification/post MBA / post PG experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience in advisory, consultancy or an industry based operational role, with specific industry focus
