Education Qualification : CA - 4+ years experience

Job Role :

- This role is intended to develop a valuation vertical within the Firm besides diligently supporting various M&A activities of the Firm

- The role will involve the candidate to be the project leader on valuation engagement subject to supervision by the reporting partner. The candidate is expected to be client facing and front-end meetings/ discussions with clients/ internal teams.

Key Tasks the individual in this role will perform :

- Understanding and analysis of business operations, financial statements, deal rationale, valuation multiples etc.

- Research and analysis of specific industry segment.

- High quality presentations, reports, memos, letters, emails (internal and external) from a documentation and risk management perspective.

- Support to corporate finance, transaction support and tax teams

- Good understanding of various databases available and ability to use them effectively for valuation engagements

- Expert knowledge of technical aspects of valuation

- Expert knowledge of MS excel

- Business modelling preparation and review

- Preparation of spread-sheets, valuation computation sheets, documenting underlying assumptions etcand undertaking valuation based on various approaches.

- Front-ending client meetings for business prospects, understanding of project, explanation of valuation report to senior members of client management/ regulators
