Hiring for VP - Merger and Acquisitions with one of the reputed advisory firm in Gurgaon location.

Experience : 5+ years

Qualification : only CA preferred

Skills : Analysis of financial statements, deals, due diligence,financial modelling,Audits

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sector study, lead generation and business development on the targeted sectors

- Identification of companies who are looking for inbound or outbound M&A opportunities or looking to raise Private Equity

- Coordinating with management for information related to the criteria and investors- expectations, Information Memorandum, documentation, deal closure etc.

- Company and industry analysis, company/asset valuations using DCF/NAV, Market Multiples etc.
