We at MacroHire are hiring for VP-Media Analytics for our esteemed client.
Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency having spans across countries; India, UAE, USA, Malaysia, and industries; insurance, education, food-tech, health-tech, cryptocurrency, FMCG, appliances, etc. In the last 12 years, our client has powered the digital growth of many start-ups, that are now enjoying unicorn status in India.

Responsibilities:
- Leads client engagement and provides thought leadership around leveraging data science techniques to enhance audience targeting, optimization, and measurement.
- Evaluates client needs for quantitative analysis. Participates in creating and articulating relevant solutions for clients and in developing methods or processes for implementation.
- Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address the risk/constraints; Lead a team to complete a large complex analytical project end to end
- Translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for omnichannel marketers with an emphasis on digital media optimization in conjunction with brand and performance media teams.
- Lead the development of innovative analytics solutions across a variety of areas including data clean rooms, predictive modeling, and measurement.
- Participate in business development efforts to represent analytic capabilities and drive new business growth.
- Develop and publish thought leadership and participate in relevant conferences
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that positively impact client results.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in digital analytics preferably at a digital agency.
- 10+ years of work experience in a quantitative business environment.
- Hands-on experience creating insights from using digital data.
- Experience working with platforms such as CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, 3rd party data, ad serving, real-time bidding, and ad exchanges.
- Must have experience with modeling, and statistical concepts as well as Machine Learning and AI-based techniques.
- Familiarity with developing analytic solutions on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
- Online or offline direct marketing experience is not required but preferred.
Education: Graduate degree in quantitative field or MBA preferred
Computing Experience: Extensive experience with ad server data or site analytics tools and data
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills with a proven ability to operate in a complex environment
Client Management: Ability to manage client expectations, delivery and provide thought leadership
Additional Skills: Strong problem solving and consulting skills; takes initiative
