Job Description : Our Client is looking to hire a VP - Marketing to lead the marketing vertical for their large scale real estate portfolio

Client Details :

Description :

- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will :

- Formulate marketing strategy for their assets in line with the organization strategy to drive top line growth and desired positioning in the market

- Be responsible for identifying and leading marketing campaigns that drive real estate sales and educate clients about the projects

- Manage marketing budget to be within allocated budget and manage cost of sales

- Create strategy to generate leads and thereby sales for new and existing projects

- Identify new target group for sales

- Create strategy on collaterals and brand communication and ensure operations within budget

- Manage pre sales and PR function as well.

Profile :

- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in leading marketing vertical in real estate / product / consumer end organizations, you should have good experience in :

- Digital marketing

- Content marketing, SEO, PPCs

- Consumer end campaigns for brand building

- Social media marketing strategy

- Online directories
