KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate organization-wide Marketing strategy for assets / projects to drive top line growth and desired positioning in the market and brand recall
- The role would encompass developing credible brand image through marketing & brand strategy, corporate communication, events management and public relations etc.
- Responsible for the marketing budget and spending to ensure top line grown for the company
- Implement Corporate Branding initiatives in close coordination with the management
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the senior management in terms of future investments and offerings to the customer
- Identify various channels / media to reach the targeted customer segment, develop media strategy and implement the same. Measure channel efficacy or ROI on an ongoing basis
- Web/ direct marketing and strategic tie-ups for marketing positioning
- Leverage information technology for efficient processing and reporting of the customer mix; Develop and implement process to capture market information and changing customer preferences, analysing them and highlighting key trends and their impact on Company
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A thorough marketing professional with extensive experience in Marketing strategy, brand building / management, brand communication, digital marketing etc. with reputed companies
- Handled large marketing budget for a luxury / high-end product / service focused toward HNI segment
- Planned marketing strategy in line with company's long-term vision and brand positioning
- Decision making ability, analytical ability, ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of professionals
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
