One of our clients, A leading Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Vice President : Marketing & Printing  Basic Job Purpose:  - Managing the Bank brand effectively through various marketing strategies across all products and business lines to help deliver overall organization objectives.  - Responsible for managing the Print Shop for the Marketing team.  - Responsible for working with vendors/print agencies in order to achieve best quality prints in a cost effective & timely manner.  - Collaborate with marketing and brand managers to develop and implement company- wide communications/marketing strategies and plans. Use contemporary design theory to deliver strategic messages. Apply knowledge of graphic elements and pre- press skills to create output that maximizes the effectiveness and attractiveness of print and electronic publications.   - Implement and monitor graphic standards in support of a clear and consistent brand for the franchise.   - Research new methods and learn new technologies to keep the marketing and communications efforts on the cutting edge.   - Use of software and other technology to produce professional print and electronic materials of large- volume and high- distribution.   - Communicate on timelines and progress. Coordinate printing schedules and monitor production. Conduct press checks to make sure everything is running smoothly from print to delivery.   - Identify a budget for every print job. Obtain price quotes from printer/vendors based on printing methods, paper choice, bindery, mailing and labor.  - Timely delivery and high quality output of collaterals and other print/production material.  - Effective cost negotiation with printing vendors  - Managing the production/print shop within approved budgets and limits  - Periodic due diligence of vendors  Education & Experience:  MBA/Bachelor or Masters Qualification in Printing Technology with 10+ years of relevant Marketing and Printing experience.  - Prior Sales and Marketing experience is necessary  - Should be able to lead a project with team members from other business units.  - Should be passionate about creating customer impact.  - Ability to manage Senior Stakeholders on a regular basis.  - Knowledge on printing technology is must.  - Understanding of Printing Technology  - Understanding of print buying   - Understanding of material management  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore
