- Understanding the potential for new expansions and opportunity areas to strengthen ZEE's portfolio and network share

- Synergize marketing initiatives across the network and build a shared network for learning of best practices.

- Work closely with network research & insights teams for deeper consumer understanding and emerging trends to channelize into product development and marketing outreach.

- Support the channel brand teams with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / programs to maximize the value of the brands through launch, growth & sustenance phase.

- Steering key strategic interventions in regions aimed at driving business objectives.

- Finalization of the launches and brand sustenance activities in coordination with the business heads

- Driving consumer centricity through network and channel level projects.

- Understanding the social media analytics and generating insights out of the same. Management & leveraging social media & online reputation management of the brand.

- Driving a systemic program for building consumer centricity and deeper cultural understanding across our geographies.

- Identifying trends in consumption and consumer behavior to give strategic direction to business teams

- Meta-trend spotting sharpening the content and campaign development process.

- To conduct Brand track studies by spearheading relevant Market Research to monitor trends and consumer perception

- To build a repository of consumer insights and observations

- Work closely with Channel Business Heads & Marketing teams to drive their respective tent pole properties & sustenance plans in line with Channel Brand Promise

- Building across network and function synergies- like our digital platform ZEE5, Broadcast & Operations

- Cost effective and ROI driven media planning & buying activities

- Constant innovation in terms of media and marketing strategies to keep ahead of competition

- Developing a sharp brand architecture anchored in consumer truth.

- Building a uniquely identifiable brand design for on-air and off-air communication

- Cascading the brand architecture and design to implementation teams and reviewing the implementation

- Identify potential brand partnerships & strategy tie ups with media and non-media partners (internal & external) for effective campaigns

- Oversee execution of communication strategies for the brand/ channel, new show launches and sustenance activities
