Our client is based in Bangalore one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in India - 42 outlets across the country. They are present in all major cities in India and are now going into the tier two cities. Another 35 stores are planned by 2016. Though relatively young but have evolved a work ethos that is designed to delight each and every customer determined to bring a healthy dose of warmth and cheer to our service levels

The company is looking for Head of Marketing for Bangalore. Pls see the JD

Job Description:

Manage and Execute Our Marketing and Revenue Strategy:

- Develop long-term strategies and near-term tactics for maintaining existing business relationships and uncovering new business opportunities

- Use relevant market and customer research to assess market potential and identify appropriate new business opportunities

- Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies

- Provide ongoing inspirational leadership to the entire sales organization

- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful programs

- Be an active member of the Management Team driving cross-functional organizational change as required to meet Company Strategy

- Evaluate & plan for speedy expansion and new business opportunity

- Responsible to expand new outlets and marketing activities

- Develop solid marketing, social media activities for company

- Demonstrate marketing leadership in hospitality segment and expansion

Actively What we look to meet Our Sales Goals:

- Participate actively in the marketing /sales process, including existing client visitations/meetings and new prospect presentations

- Drive a partnership between marketing, creative services and the sales team to develop strategic responses

- Participate in development of standard

- Represent the Company in public forum / associations and at trade events

- Develop and implement sales selling cycle and methodology based on market research and competitor analyses

- Manage the marketing team and plan budget

- Provide detailed and accurate forecasting

Candidates:

- Must be from hospitality, hotel, chain of restaurants background who knows the market

- Experience of 15-20 years in the similar line

- Should be from marketing background only

- Qualified in Marketing/hospitality background

Looking for candidate with strong marketing background who can deliver result oriented growth.
