Position - VP Marketing

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - MBA from premium B School

Preferred Industry - FMCG

- Will be building a brand.

- Will articulate a vision for the direction and development of consumer marketing strategy, plans and execution

- Develop consumer marketing strategies to successfully establish brand; driving awareness, growth and loyalty through traditional, digital and social channels.

- Will be responsible for consumer insights, creating best in class creative campaigns and driving business growth.

- Will lead all facets of marketing strategy from paid media to social engagement to launch activations.

- Will be leading the marketing launch for new content.

- Will manage creative, social and media agencies to deliver against business goals.

- Consumer marketing know-how. We are looking for someone that understands consumer marketing (preferably in the entertainment or consumer technology space) and how not only build strategy but also execute flawlessly.

- Digital and/or social media expertise. We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience launching campaigns that drive word of mouth.

- Is a cross-functional leader who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy, goals and execution.

- Portfolio of strong consumer marketing campaigns resulting in building brands, driving business growth & user acquisition, including across traditional and digital/social platforms.
