Job Description :

Our client is looking to hire a senior marketing professional who can identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of SaaS cloud subscription objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Strategizing cloud product launches and all related aspects to that from Branding & Marketing perspective

- Reporting on sales activity and forecast to the leadership team

- Partner/Customer Management as the case may be, towards enhancing trust and reputation

- Ongoing coaching and development of sales, marketing, and branding teams

- Making logical launch plans after thoughtful analysis of market gap and competition dynamics

- To be overall responsible for the Marketing efforts of all cloud products of the Company-

- Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion manager's in domestic and international markets

- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives, competition, product competitiveness and customer satisfaction

- Compile lists describing product and service offerings for articulation to prospects

- Achieve Revenue budget for products and services and drive the marketing and sales team to achieve the goal of reaching individual budgets

- Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities effectively for budget achievement

- Provide feedback to product development personnel on product specifications and features that are demanded by Customers, prospects or came to knowledge during market/competitive research

- Be capable of sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends

- Acquire and negotiate contracts with partners or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies

- Work with technology partners like Oracle, Microsoft for joint promotion of our products or services and effectively leverage partnerships for marketing purposes

- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with advertisers if any, to market products or services

- Read and digest market research studies, analyze their findings and propagate competitive factors that can help our products to improve its standing

- Integrate environmental information into product or company marketing strategies, policies, or activities to gain competitive advantage of sustainable marketing

- Be aware of fiscal regulations in relation to product or services being sold or ability to consult the right personnel to understand and regulate fiscal compliance in relation to sale and invoicing activities

- High orientation towards digital marketing strategies, experience in digital marketing penetration with clear and demonstrated ROI in previous positions to independently strategize and roll out digital marketing campaigns

- Be familiar and active member of business social media engines like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to exploit brand awareness and presence

- Coordinate with relevant groups to ensure sales are fulfilled with aim of achieving revenue budgets month on month

Eligibility :

- Engineering Graduate with MBA (Mktg.) from a reputed institute.

- Experience in launching new cloud enterprise products in developing and developed markets

- Minimum 10 years of cloud product marketing experience with a new business focus

- Proven track record of success in similar enterprise software product company

- Experience of strategizing digital marketing plans for enterprise software products

- Experience in operating with small and expandable sales teams

- Smart in judging customer experience and bringing out product/process improvements for ideation

Technology Skills :

- Customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Electronic mail software

- Enterprise resource planning ERP software

- Microsoft Office suite, with command over use of word, excel and PowerPoint
