A Leading Education Institute is looking for VP Marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all marketing campaigns basis thorough competitive and audience research.
- Prioritize and align marketing campaigns to the desired outcome- increasing sales, strengthening brand awareness, increased customer retention, great online reputation and increased lead generation.
- Measure and report performance on all marketing campaigns and assess campaign metrics against set goals and objectives to tie back the results for reporting.
- Performance Indicators-audience growth, engagement, leads, response rate and, feedback quality.
- Sales and Business Development, visit to key accounts, participating in Seminars & Exhibitions.
- Plan & achieve sales target committed. Identify key bottlenecks and suggest cost- effective measures to drive sales.
- Tracking market dynamics / competitors- activities, competitors- strategies and sales trends constantly, rolling out the counter strategy for the organization to capture the potential untapped market.
Required Skillset:
- 5-7 years of experience in Education or aligned industry.
- Extensive experience in brand building and driving sales growth.
- Experience in scaling smaller business and increasing outreach would be preferred.
