Our client is leading the $2 billion rewards market in India with 250+ corporate clients including giants like Concentrix, EY, DXC and Mphasis, and they've raised $2 million to date from prominent VCs like GrowX Ventures, Sprout Ventures, and Axilor Ventures.
As the VP - Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. You will also be responsible for promoting brands in the existing corporates.
What you will do:
- Helping in acquisition and on-boarding of new corporates and promoting the brand
- Overall promotion of the brand via various social media platforms, e-mailers- (shared and dedicated), notifications etc.
- Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams and leading the marketing initiatives and adding inputs to the existing marketing policies
- Deploying the Marketing departments budget efficiently with data-driven ROI calculations
- Building relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improving them when necessary
- Prioritizing marketing projects and allocating resources accordingly
- Preparing daily reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
- Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Providing guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Forecasting hiring needs for the Marketing department
- Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
- Taking ownership of marketing initiatives and traction
What you need to have:
- Proven work experience as a VP Marketing, Marketing Director or leading marketing for a startup and experience of taking it to next level is a plus
- MBA from Tier A College is a great plus
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strategic mind-set, with ability to make difficult decisions
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
