VP- Marketing - Consumer Brand D2C
- End to end digital media strategy creation. Including audience analysis, content planning and media management across channels.
- Work jointly with ad agency to drive campaign strategy & development
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies so as to increase conversions.
- Drives the formulation of marketing strategy of encompassing all brands.
- Leads and finalizes brand plans & growth avenues and their strategic fit with corporate plan.
- Ensures that the brand identity is leveraged by aligning the brand strategy with the brand identity.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Must Have Attributes:
- 5+ years of brand management experience, consumer brand experience is preferred
- Passionate about branding, consumer behavior, consumer psychology
- Fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing
- Experience with social channels like Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter
- Great with numbers
- Should be able to drive insights from consumer research
- Applicants from creative agency/ consumer research agency would be preferred
- D2C experience will be a +
- Work will not be remote
- Over the last 3 years we have built an omni channel consumer brand in the confectionery/ impulse category space. Today we execute 600 online orders on a daily basis on our website and our distribution reach has expanded to 5000+ outlets.
- The brand is also seeing initial traction, have more than 1.5 lakh direct customers with 30% revenue coming from repeat consumers online.
- We are backed by credible investors/ advisors and believe that we are at an inflexion point and hence are in process of setting the base right. We have a small team of 5 members in marketing spanning loyalty, performance, brand, data analytics and are now looking for a seasoned leader to lead and guide the team.
