Key Accountabilities/Activities:


1. Strategic Leadership:


- Conceive and execute a visionary digital marketing strategy harmonizing with our business objectives.


- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities to ensure our digital presence remains avant-garde and competitive.


- Lead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives.


2. Team Management:


- Inspire and mentor a high-caliber digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of digital marketing professionals.


3. Campaign Excellence:


- Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.


- Scrutinize and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and strategic adjustments.


4. Content & Social Media:


- Develop and oversee a robust content strategy that is congruent with our brand voice and marketing objectives.


- Supervise the creation of compelling, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.


- Propel a social media strategy that amplifies brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.


5. Brand Development:


- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure a cohesive and captivating brand presence across all digital channels.


- Develop and uphold brand guidelines for digital marketing activities.


6. Customer Acquisition & Retention:


- Deploy effective digital strategies to drive customer acquisition and precisely target audience segments.


- Formulate retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized communication, to maximize customer lifetime value.


7. Data & Analytics:


- Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.


- Provide regular, insightful reports to executive leadership, underscoring successes, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.


8. Budget Management:


- Develop and administer the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.


- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within digital marketing programs.


9. Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and IT, to synchronize digital marketing efforts with broader business strategies.


- Cultivate a collaborative approach to drive integrated marketing campaigns.


Work Relations:


Internal:


- Report directly to the Group CMO as part of the Senior Global Core Leadership Team.


- Interface with the Leadership team on various strategic initiatives and issues.o Work closely with other members of the marketing division.


External: Engage with various marketing agencies, vendors, and industry forums to stay abreast of trends and best practices.
