Vice President Marketing (BPO)

You will play a leading role in managing the demand generation activities, branding, analyst & advisory relations, thought leadership content development, and solution marketing & be responsible for creating measurable business opportunities for Sales using the most impactful marketing activities & work with global sales teams to establish the best marketing strategy for the different industries that are targeted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue.

- Owns the global Demand Generation plan and creates it in consultation with the Regional Sales teams.

- Enables the team to efficiently execute multi-channel marketing (Events, search, social, digital advertising.) and leverage modern marketing tools and techniques (orchestration, audience management, etc.).

- Develop the analyst and advisory relations to establish its presence as a preferred thought leader among leading analyst and advisory firms.

- Work closely with services and CoE teams to strategize on services and solutions positioning, market validation, messaging, and roadmap development to ensure strong industry endorsement and new business development.

- Establish thought leadership to ensure its vision of an industry leader, services, solutions, and new launches.

- Leverage insights to monitor program results and adapt strategy and execution as required.

- Ensure continuous optimization of marketing activities by reviewing and improving content and tactics.

- Build and motivate a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Ensures that the team has the competencies and ability to address current needs.

- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand.

- Create and manage content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including job descriptions, videos, and blog posts.

- Analyze recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay up to date with recruitment marketing trends and best practices.

- Create and implement robust recruitment marketing plans that aim to attract and secure high-quality talent.

- Lead the execution of recruitment marketing campaigns on a variety of channels which involves creating engaging content for social media, optimizing postings on job boards, and creating compelling email marketing initiatives.

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including HR and Communications, to shape and sustain an appealing employer brand.

- Oversee the creation and management of various forms of content to support recruitment marketing campaigns which includes creating persuasive job descriptions, producing recruitment videos, or writing blog posts about company culture and career opportunities.

- Perform data analysis to evaluate the success of recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, innovative strategies, and industry best practices which may involve attending webinars, reading industry publications, or networking with other recruitment marketing professionals.

- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

- Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives

- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics

- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals

- Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

- Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry

- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Marketing or a related field with Minimum 15+ Years of experience in BPO and passion for employer branding, and a data-driven mindset.

2. Strong project management skills.

3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

4. Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.

5. Ability to lead groups and be decisive.

6. Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.

7. Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines.

9. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

10. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

12. Experience with social media, email marketing, and job boards.

14. Proficient with analysis and design software.

15. Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO.
