Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive the overall marketing efforts of our NBFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing engagement through digital and traditional marketing channels. The role requires expertise in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, customer experience, partnerships, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Establish the company as a trusted NBFC among customers and stakeholders.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media platforms.
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Manage website, app, and content marketing strategies to drive engagement.
3. Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business targets.
4. Product Marketing & Innovation:
- Develop marketing strategies for loan products, investment solutions, and financial services.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to launch and promote new offerings.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to improve product positioning.
5. Partnerships & Alliances:
- Identify and collaborate with strategic partners, fintech firms, and agencies to expand reach.
- Strengthen relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
6. Public Relations & Thought Leadership:
- Manage corporate communications and PR strategies to enhance credibility.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and media interactions.
7. Team Leadership & Budgeting:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 14-18 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within BFSI/NBFC.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and implement ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in collaborating with fintech firms, agencies, and partners.
- Strong understanding of financial products, lending, and investment services.
