Key Accountabilities:
- Support to NDS on external and internal branch branding
- Execution of on-ground branch banking campaigns
- Localised SME marketing support (IBG 4) - lead gen, events, gifting, local alliances, connects with local trade bodies, influencers etc
- Internal comms to NDS & eLVB teams
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external branding for the branch network
- Ensure branch collateral, regulatory notices etc are displayed as per internal standards and guidelines
- Ensure brand and product campaign visibility at branches
- Manage new branch launches
- Support on ground branch events (collateral, execution, agency management etc)
- Support local lead generation activities for the SME business
- Support internal communications for the branch network
- Work with the Comms team in Mumbai on local PR initiatives for smaller cities
- Support the central team to coordinate volunteering activities for branch staff
- Support the central team to coordinate on-ground sustainability initiatives
Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including number of years required, if applicable.)
- 12-15 years experience in retail branding, on ground marketing and events
Education/Preferred Qualifications (List the minimum and preferred qualifications required to perform all essential functions, including field of study.)
- MBA in Marketing preferred

- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and get tasks completed on schedule
- Ability to track and monitor key processes
Technical Competencies (List the technical knowledge and skills required for this position.)
- Retail marketing experience preferably in a large private sector bank
- Proficient in Tamil - reading & writing as well as speaking
- Strong communication skills (English and Tamil)
