Role :

- You will be responsible for the coordination of non-financial risk framework and control requirements within the operations unit (1st Line of defence) as defined by the Bank's 2nd line risk functions.

- This will include oversight of key control inventories, control mapping and risk and control assessment processes inclusive of annual assurance planning.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the requirements of the Bank's non-financial risk framework and track a range of framework implementation requirements.

- Manage coordination between operational stakeholders and 2nd Line Risk functions to effectively implement the Bank's non-financial risk frameworks

- Coordination of cyclical and dynamic risk and control assessment (RCA) activities for IB and Cross Product Operations on an annual basis.

- Develop, track, and coordinate annual control owner assurance plans

- Provide subject matter expertise knowledge for operational stakeholders on the Bank's risk and process taxonomies and understand connectivity of the Bank's risk managements frameworks and mechanisms.

Your skills and experience :

- Previous relevant experience in an operational risk and control function or Audit within Banking Operations with proven team leadership capability

- Understanding of risk management and control frameworks in a global banking control environment, with sound knowledge and understanding of banking activities, products, risk management techniques and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven record of coordinating risk initiatives / framework implementation with diverse stakeholders on a global basis.
