About our Client : Our client is a US based MNC Investment and Fund Management firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre.

Job Description: As Vice President - Management Consulting & Process Excellence, you will be reporting to the Head of the Business Excellence and will be responsible for:

- Handling Management consulting projects to the internal clients

- Planning the strategy for the Investment management business

- Implementing and driving Business Excellence Techniques and Practices

- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives

- Providing solutions based on Industry best practices through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches

- Leading and coaching operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources on Black Belt & Green Belt Lean Six-Sigma

- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits

- Ensuring compliance with the needs of the project office

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have an MBA/Masters Degree from a top tier school with a total of 10 years of Management Consulting & Business Excellence experience in Capital Markets sector preferably in Investment Services or Fund Management.

- You will have experience working for one of the top Global Management Consulting firms.

- Additionally, you would have had sound Project Management experience, previous experience in driving a consulting business and proven achievements in process improvements.

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
