Vice President - Machine Learning - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of projects, including collecting requirements and feedback, collaborating with stakeholders, producing technical designs, and iterating on the results with users.

- Perform statistical analysis, data mining, temporal and pattern analysis, correlation of events, predictive modelling, and pattern recognition for various use cases

- Design ML systems and implement appropriate algorithms for business problems. Runs ML tests, train and re-train models

- Develop, test and implement ETL scripts for integrating data across multiple sources to a single object model.

- Provide informational briefings to explain methodologies and analytical findings to peers and customer stakeholders.

- The person should be able to manage a team

- Should have leadership skills

Skills Required :

- Strong analytical and programming capabilities, ability to deeply understand data and infer insights

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, Natural Language Processing, Conceptual modeling, Statistical analysis, Predictive modelling, Hypothesis testing.

- Hands-on experience with Java, Python and deployment experiences, Knowledge of trade lifecycle is a plus

- SQL and database understanding

- Good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering

- Candidate should be willing to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US/Canada team and to meet urgent requests by Ops.
