Vice President - Luxury Sales


Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for sales of the luxury segment and amongst the top brands from a revenue perspective in the overall portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build a deep understanding of the product and of the UHNI consumer and their purchase trigger patterns.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with UHNI clients and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional brand experience

- Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery

- Delivery of the overall business objectives for the luxury portfolio by developing and communicating clear sales goals, targets, and performance expectations.

- Business development for luxury residences through various sales channels like direct & NRI client servicing, loyalty & referral vertical, channel partner networks, forging partnerships with investors & corporations

- Consistently build on the Channel Partner network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them.

- Ensure that the project profitability is delivered through prudent expense management, resource management and optimizing the other market & business related expenses

- Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements and key project developments

- Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities.

Skills & competencies:

- The incumbent should have proven track record of working on luxury brands/categories which are super-premium & price agnostic and have found preference with consumer's basis its ability to create desirability and affinity.

- Preferred candidate should have a sound understanding of the luxury category (services or products).

- The right candidate will be flexible, and an action & result oriented self-starter.

- An independent thinker with the conviction and entrepreneurial spirit to manage the function and business in a hands-on manner and the ability to work in a fluid and rapidly changing environment would be an asset.

- Should have a strategic approach with the ability to see the "big picture" and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization.

- Exposure to managing & maintaining relationship with top - management in current role should be there.

- The ability to navigate through key stakeholders within the organization will be necessary for success and traction
