- Launch a category creating luxury brand and take it to the position of market leadership in 2 years
- Strategically and effectively conceptualize all the 4 Ps pre-launch - Product (brand identity & communication, business concept & all other key assets/touchpoints), Pricing, Promotion (brand awareness on all online & offline mediums) & Place (physical experience, events & partnerships)
- Manage the budgets and entire marketing function with emphasis on ROI-centric impactful marketing utilizing ATL, BTL, PR & media, social & digital keeping overall marketing spends at 5% or less of annual sales
- Lead internal teams and partners/agencies to ensure brand consistency, maximize effectiveness, meet measurable objectives and increase revenues
- Lead new marketing & business development initiatives that grow revenue yield
