JD: - Lending Operations

Education : CA / CFA / MBA / FRM / PG

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders

- Lean / Six sigma

- Strong team management experience preferably who have handled min 100+ members.

- Sound understanding of IB lending functions and provide guidance to team to deliver on process.

- Experience in Multi cultural global environment.

- Strong client management skill.
