Job Opening with one of the reputed NBFC for VP Legal

Education : LLB

- To render legal services to business team and client with respect to real estate funding, project finance and housing finance by way of loan/issue of non-convertible debentures and acquisition of inventories/stressed assets

- Drafting and closing various transaction documents in relation to sanction of loan and investment in non-convertible debenture and in acquiring inventories of real assets

- Handle banking and NBFC related litigation including recovery of debt by way of enforcement of securities

- To advise on the structure of deal and security in the light of due diligence of projection all aspects of law relating to real estate, companies law/rules regulation and guidelines issues by various regulators such as RBI/SEBI/NHB

- To advise to business team on general real estate dispute matters, laws relating to special economic zones, land acquisition, auction sales to more generic transfers, mortgages, licenses, due diligence of land, approval and clearances for construction.

- Display leadership quality and takes an active role in fostering teamwork among the team and provide goal to deliver and achieve

- To Supervise the work of subordinates and ensure closure of transaction as per timelines

- Ensure compliances are receipt for the transaction and preparation of MIS for the group Knowledge sharing and development with all team member as well as business.

- Organize and give presentation on the laws applicable to banks/ financial institution and non-banking financial companies related deal to business team.

- Develop team down the line in the process and other aspect of responsibility to be discharged and delivered in the interest of organization. Finalizing structure and the term sheet for funding transaction related to RE investment and RE advisory & CF .

- To manage multiple priorities ensuring deadlines are met.Provide legal advice to business and management related to various transactions.

- Appropriately apply legal knowledge and experience relevant to the transaction,deals and other subject matters which brought out to us for our view and opinion;

- Draft, Negotiate, Finalize transactions documents .To review the documents and prepare by the reportee and guide accordingly.

- Provides opinions, letters of advice, document examples or similar know how precedents formats.Prepare notices, Prepare and finalize the litigation papers with the advocates.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : LL.B

Experience - Min 8 to 10 years

It shall include minimum on continuous basis 4 years experience of handling and supervising lending transaction, drafting, finalizing and executing facility and security documents, ensuring compliances for the same Functional

Competencies :

- Experience and knowledge of banking and finance laws, recovery laws, land laws, laws relating to mortgage and pledge specifically Companies Act, TP Act, CPC, Contract Act, SEBI and RBI Regulations, DRT, SARFAESI
