Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation

In this role, LDT lead is responsible to lead the improvement agenda for the vertical/customers assigned, working closely with COOs and other senior stakeholders, including clients. S/he is accountable to identify, coach and develop talent in LDT (BBs and MBBs) and charter agenda that covers productivity delivery, profitability improvement, client business impact, digital use case identification, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma. A Transformation lead ensures smooth delivery on functional & vertical goals for LDT at global level through resource deployment, collaboration and solving for systemic changes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Lead Digital Transformation for the operations business globally with a focus to identify value levers across the enterprise, design the future adaptable operating model and manage change through the transformation lifecycle.

- Develop and refine the "Vision and Strategy" leading to Value Generation Roadmap for the account globally.

- Ability to drive requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, maintain configuration documentation, facilitate testing activities, and coordinate deployment activities.

- Capturing market opportunities, understanding customer drivers and digitalization needs, developing, and evolving technology partnerships and translating these into a solution-based business strategy to leverage untapped digital value.

- Driving enterprise scale digitalization business opportunities with a strong game plan for the integrated digital systems and solutions, drive adoption of consultative selling within division

- Align with COO/Sr. Operating Leader to create Lean Digital Transformation agenda and drive it across portfolio.

- Identify potential savings across core business operation areas focused on developing a detailed transformation roadmap and business case.

- Partner with ops to identify and drive Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities.

- Own agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, Regional, and Global LDT leadership.

- Sets clear objectives and goals for the team and enables the team to deliver and use operating mechanisms to continually assess progress and improve.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

- CA/CWA/CS/MBA from Top institutes

- Relevant years of Experience in PTP/OTC with significant knowledge in Technology and Commercial off-the-shelf products like HighRadius, Coupa, Tungsten, Tradeshift etc.

- Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with impact on delivery.

- Global exposure with consistent track record for digital projects: Robotics, AI, automation, Analytics

- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions.

- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management, flexibility/ adaptability, and accountability to targeted productivity/ outcome.

- Qualifications & demonstrated experience for leading 'Lean' projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements is a plus

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

- Meaningful work experience in core Finance proficiencies (PTP/OTC, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.), Financial Systems or Analytics.

- Digitally savvy with high levels of consultative selling skills and Applied AI experience.

- Comprehensive experience with ERPs, SaaS products i.e., HighRadius/Coupa/Ariba/Salesforce/SAP and an affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools / environments.

- Boundaryless Collaboration - Able to operate in a complex org structure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders globally.

- Proven excellence in stakeholder and customer/partner management

- Growth and results focused leader with strong experience in Lean and Digital Transformation in top notch organizations.

- The intellectual agility and curiosity needed to bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to a discussion.

- Proven track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams; seasoned leader who thrives on the challenge to innovate and raise the bar continuously.

- Proven abilities in operating with senior leaders, building strong internal networks and delivering high impact programs in complex-matrixed environments.

- Decisiveness and comfort in taking risks when working with ambiguity.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) with the ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership.
