They are looking to hire a seasoned Leadership/Executive search professional experienced in hiring for Engineering roles.

Description :

- You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the engineering leadership community.

- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top executive talent to support business and growth objectives.

Profile :

- 10+ years experience in Leadership/ Executive search hiring with strong preference of experience in the Engineering Leadership community

- Relationships with senior engineering talent and experience sourcing, engaging and hiring engineering leadership talent across India

- World class relationship building and talent assessment skills

- Proven experience identifying, attracting and closing on top talent in a highly competitive market

- Excellent consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
