Job Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to drive our enterprise sales and account management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, business development, and strategy and be able to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Sales and Business Development :

- Lead and manage enterprise sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand our market presence.

Account Management :

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business objectives.

Team Leadership :

- Lead a high-performing team of sales and account management professionals.

- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the team.

Channel Development :

- Develop and execute channel development plans to expand our reach and drive sales through partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual success.

Strategic Planning :

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.

- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, and business development within the B2B SaaS and services industry.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and colleagues.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and in writing.

- Experience working with large multinational corporations across various industries.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management roles.

- Experience in solution selling and working with advanced technology solutions.
