Vice President - Land Acquisition

- Person will be heading Land Acquisition, Liaisoning, and Land Development Function at PAN India.

- This is Corporate Role

- Accountable for acquisition of private land & government land under the relevant acts, guidelines, and provisions

- Facilitate for approval forest diversion proposal if any under FC Act and FRA Act

- Preparation of transfer deeds, agreements, survey report, and facilitating for land registration

- Plan and act proactively in land acquisition related matters

- To resolve the existing land issues within the purview of land laws in co-ordination with legal department

- Anchoring all land related matters and strategize them to promote and protect the company interest

- Liaisoning for various approvals, permissions, consents, agreements, and legal certificates related to land laws

- Dealing with all statutory and authorized bodies like Tahsildar, Revenue Officers, LAO etc. and other government bodies
