Vice President (IT Staffing)
- You'll oversees all strategic sales and operations activities within Pan India including the overall direction and financial management of all business activities.
- Develops and implements budgets and strategic plans to improve market share and increase revenue. Leads a team dedicated to client delivery both in recruitment and fulfilment and the management of associates.
- Responsible for the ongoing development of a high-efficiency delivery model that promotes exceptional customer service, driving profitable growth, and the creation of an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the management of area sales and operations activities, assigns sales targets and develops pricing strategies and implements budgets to ensure area profit goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Works with area management to develop strategic sales plans to improve market position and ensures they are effectively implemented.
- Sells and co-sells with assigned area management.
- Develops and maintains relationships with major prospective clients as needed and develops and conducts sales presentations.
- Ensures all agreed upon client requirements, both operational and contractual, are completed and in line with agreed SLA targets.
- Works closely with area management to develop and implement organizational structures and procedures to ensure economy of scale, reduce expenditures and improve service quality.
- Develops and implements mid and short-range strategies and operating plans to ensure market growth and increase profitability.
- Provides input for the development of the division's annual budget and strategic plans.
- Maintains full accountability for monthly P&L and budget analysis and results of assigned area.
- Prepares and presents a monthly and quarterly business review to the Regional Leader for assigned area.
- Monitors expenditures and analyzes financial reports to ensure adherence to budgeting constraints and that profit goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensures all area management and staff are trained and maintain currency in customer service techniques, and all Company products and services.
- Focuses on staff needs for career growth and development and ensures effective staff training and cross-training.
- Audits field offices and ensures company policies, procedures and technologies are implemented at all area profit centers and takes corrective action as necessary.
- Approves and implements area sales, marketing and service programs to establish quarterly deliverables and audits results to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensures the accurate and timely reporting of area data.
- Analyzes sales and financial reports to determine trends and opportunities, takes appropriate action to increase profitability and ensures a balanced portfolio of business.
- Explores and ensures area managers explore opportunities for future business in existing and new market.
- Meets with existing and potential client management to provide information on products and services, strengthens relationships and provides resolution to client issues quickly and effectively.
- Reviews area customer satisfaction analyses and monitors operating performance metrics to ensure that clients' needs are met or exceeded
- Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role and provides second level management approval for salary actions, hiring's, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification And Experience:
i. MBA or related field or equivalent experience with 15+ years of IT Staffing Experience & managing multiple operating units with indirect supervisory experience generally required.
ii. Must have a proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.
iii. Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales and service techniques, transactional and partnership business requirements, quota development, training techniques, branch operations and quality requirements coupled with a general knowledge of finance and human resources principles and personal computer hardware and software required.
iv. Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
v. Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for organizational change, cultivate a shared vision with others & motivate them to transfer vision into action.
vi. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
vii. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software are required.
viii. Adept at establishing and managing to KPIs and SLAs
ix. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
x. In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies.
xi. High energy & results-driven, solution-oriented attitude.
xii. Skilled in interacting and communicating effectively verbally and in writing with all levels or staff and management both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations.
xiii. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
xiv. Knowledge of labor and employment laws are required.
